Delivery & Returns

All orders are packaged on the day of ordering and despatched the following working day. This is to ensure all of our customers experience the same high level of service we provide. If you have any queries please do get in touch with us first.

As standard we only use the best couriers for delivery, this ensures we can get stock to you safely and quickly. Lightweight parcels are sent via Royal Mail Second Class and heavy parcels will be sent via our highly reputable courier.

Some heavier combinations of orders are upgraded to first class by default providing they are over 2KG in weight. There is no additional cost to you for this, the only difference is you get it a lot quicker.

You can always choose to use a faster shipping method (Royal Mail First Class) for an additional 0.50p per item this will mean you get your order within 1-3 working days. This option is available at the checkout screen.

Orders Less Than £19.50

Orders (including combined) with a value of less than £19.50 shall be sent via Second Class Royal Mail to zones A, B, C and D totally free of charge providing you have a valid UK postal code.

Please remember:
Once your item has been dispatched any delays caused by the carrier cannot be held responsible by Quick Pack Supplies, however we will do our best to ensure your item is with you as quick as possible. If there is a problem and we are informed, we shall let you know straight away and keep you updated on your order via our tracking service*.

*Our tracking service is only available to registered customers whom will be updated when their item has been processed and despatched.

Returns Guarentee

Our returns guarantee is quite simple; in fact we have cut it down to just a few paragraphs below:

We always go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your purchases but in the rare occasion that you are not we do accept returns on any products within 30 days of payment in original packaging - no questions asked.

Quick Pack Supplies are not responsible for the postage of items back if the buyer no longer wants the item, although we will do all we can to ensure you are satisfied when you next shop with us.

If you find the item faulty in any way we shall refund you the full price and postage to send the item back to us. This refund will take place upon us receiving the goods and will be processed within three working days.

Collections

Please call if you wish to collect an order made, collections can be made during weekday and weekends but this must be arranged with us first. Please use the ‘contact us’ page to arrange this.
